Who we are
We are a group of Christians from the fields of business, finance and mission who want to promote business start-ups in the global South.
We want to bring together entrepreneurship and Christian values or ethics.
For us, this is not a contradiction. Rather, we expect this combination to make a successful contribution to a better world.
Our focus is on the labour market. Precarious employment, abuse, exploitation or simply unemployment characterise the situation of most people in the global South.
What we do
Essentially, we focus on two topics:
- Creating networks between stakeholders
- Accompanying concrete business cases
We support business case development primarily through
- Quality assurance of business cases and risk assessment
- Support for project financing (own investment and intermediation)
- Advice to company founders and coaching of entrepreneurs in business development
- Assumption of responsibility in the event of a crisis (emergency plan)
- Provision of infrastructure (e.g. IT, accounting, legal) and expertise
